bizSAFE is the WSH Council's five-step programme that helps companies build workplace safety and health capabilities. We guide you through every level — from the CEO workshop to bizSAFE STAR.
Each level builds on the last. Many contracts and tenders in Singapore require bizSAFE Level 3 or above.

| Level 2 | Appoint a Risk Management (RM) Champion who completes the WSQ "Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan" course. | We help you select and prepare your RM Champion, with supporting coaching. |
| Level 3 | Implement risk management for all workplace activities and pass an RM audit by a MOM-approved WSH auditor. | End-to-end RM implementation: risk registers, RA team training, documentation and audit preparation. This is the level most tenders require. |
| Level 4 | Appoint a WSH Management System (WSHMS) programme lead and develop a WSHMS implementation plan. | We design your WSHMS framework aligned with SS 651 / ISO 45001 requirements. |
